This company are out to con you in ever way they can!
I purchased a GW subscription linked on a social media advert with free gift. They failed to deliver the free gift and when I challenged them they told me I had failed to enter the offer code. There was no offer code on the advert - the URL link on the advert wasnt properly linked and therefore they told me it was my fault. No offer of a resolution - avoid at all costs
Direct Debit Change
If you choose to buy from this company I recommend the single payment option rather than a Direct Debit.
I had a subscription to BBC Sky at Night, which in itself is decent though I have begun to prefer a certain other astronomy magazine.
When I took out the subscription I paid a Direct Debit annually for the excellent sum of £33.00. Mid June this year I recieve a letter stating the subscription is being changed to Direct Debit (DD) would be every 6 months for £32.35, thus £64.70 annually (this the letter states is due to paper and postage costs). Given the cover price is £5.99 the saving of £7.18 is effectively two takeaway coffees.
When I checked online a new subscription by DD every 6 months was around £23 while a one off payment was around £50, so I would be paying more than a new subscriber. So much for being a loyal subscriber.
Though affordable I cancelled primarily on principle and will purchase the magazine individually as and when.
On Saturday I logged into my bank and found a few days after cancelling, they had refunded me the first amount of the new DD payment set-up, but on the 30th June had reclaimed it through a new DD.
Obviously a bit confused I cancelled this new DD and went to the bank to confirm. I emailed Immediate and recieved a response stating the subscription was inactive and had expired when I'd cancelled.
While the monetary side is square I found it rather odd that they would refund me the first payment, when I hadn't even paid that, then set up a new DD to reclaim it.
Now the saving between the two options is not that great. Currently (6/7/22) the DD option for Sky at Night every 6 issues is £22.15 (£44.30 annually), a single payment for 12 issues is £45.99.
I wonder just how sustainable it is for them to have prices so low in the first place. I'd be very wary of taking out a DD with Buy and as such I think it's far better to pay a single payment for the year and then to receive a reminder letter when it comes to an end.
Fortunately the other two magazines I subscribe to (not from Buy) have always been a bit pricier for an annual subscription but because of that they haven't had to increase their prices.

Subscribed to gardeners world mag for 6…
Subscribed to gardeners world mag for 6 issues and was meant to receive a free Secateurs and some other bits. Well that never arrived and has been 2 months or so now have sent over 3 emails and not a single reply back. Worse company to ever reply back to your email, happy to take your money but not give you what you paid for.

Awful
Awful, they mislead me into subscribing into what they called a "digital edition" of the BBC Sky At Night magazine but the product can only be run on a mobile phone with a tiny screen. They don't offer a way to run it on a PC or a laptop!!!!! What digital subscription cannot be viewed on a PC or a laptop? No pdf version? This is scamming at its worst. Avoid "buy subscriptions dot com" at all cost. I contacted their support and they refused to refund my money!

Might as well be a scam
Might as well be a scam. I payed for a subscription in early April for the World of CrossStitching Magazine. I was told I could expect it May 12th, 2022. A few weeks later I checked in again on the status of my subscription, so they claimed they sent a replacement. Now, I emailed them again after missing two copies (May 12th and June 12th) and now I am being lied to, saying my subscription starts next month.

Charged two fees NO magazines in the mail
I purchased a subscription back in March of 2022. Since I'm in the United States, I knew it would take a while to get my magazines. Fast forward to the end May, I still had not received any magazines. I contacted the magazine directly and was promised they would ship out more magazines since I never received the first three. A month later and I still have not received anything. Then I get a second subscription charge for "more" magazines. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges and get the subscription service blocked from charging my account in the future. I have yet to ever receive one magazine.

Bought a cycling magazine 3 weeks ago and still not got it. Were quick enough to take payment but have not supplied magazine.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOT
Update 22/6/22
Despite them claiming it was sent out on 13th my magazine has still not arrived. Will contact credit card company for refund.
Beginning to think this is a SCAM
This is the worst company I have dealt with in my life

Absolutely terrible but now sorted
Absolutely terrible. Their website does not send confirmation of successful payment and just returns you to the basket. This makes you think the payment has not gone through. 8 times they deducted £45.99 off me. It is there on my credit card balance but they deny the amount has been taken and really did not want to help solve the problem. I will now have to get the credit card company to knock on their door for the money.
Update: Following the review I was contacted by the company and they solved the problem for me very efficiently. It’s a pity that it took a bad review and that their customer services could not have taken ownership of the problem in the first instance when I phoned them.

Unauthorised Charges - No Promised Call Backs
Hello, sadly I have no other choice but to leave negative feedback.
Upon taking out our Radio Times subscription this service proceeded to debit our account for 2 other transactions.
Despite speaking with multiple call centre agents, and being promised multiple call backs, none have occurred and hence this is our only avenue of resolution.
No customer should have multiple unauthorised charges made against their card without authorisation, or have attempts to reconcile this go unanswered.

DO NOT SUSPEND issues, cancel subscription instead
We went on a long winter holiday earlier this year. It made sense to suspend our delivery of the Radio Times for 13 weeks. Little did I know that I would not receive a refund/credit for those issues. I should have been advised to cancel the current subscription and receive a full refund of the remaining period. I have to say, that is a complete rip off. On top of that when my subscription auto renewed at the end of March the price went from £44.95 to £98 (at that point I was expecting credits for the suspended issues). Unfortunately it has taken weeks of emails to get to this point.
I have now requested a cancellation of my current subscription and expect a full refund of the remaining period.
Not capable of overseas deliveries
I have a Radio Times subscription but live in the Netherlands- I always allow some leeway with issues arriving on the Saturday they date from (effectively ‘missing’ the first day if the delivery arrives late afternoon). However the last few weeks I’ve only been receiving RT a day after it expired.
I continuously fill in the complaint form asking to extend again - I also called and was told it would be sent with track and trace to see what’s going on but have yet to see anything on time.
RT seems to be delivered using a company delivering advertising folders but if the lady doesn’t have RT with her, then I can forget it for the week as they only deliver once a week.
I’m also constantly told it’s Royal Mail’s fault or Covid issues.
If you can’t deliver in Europe, why are you even selling to us?
